I've been experimenting with a fiber supplement recently, so I've been taking all of my oil-based supplements an hour or so before meals with my K-RALA. I don't see any problems with this, but I wanted to see if anyone had some knowledge on the subject that I don't.

As long as you take it with and oil it will be digested, better still take it with an emulsifier too such as lecithin. Most lipid based vitamin capsules have other lipids as a carrier. There was a documentary on UK TV and tests were done to prove the bioavailability of Vit E combo caps.
