THere is a ne wproduct from Swanson with lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin called lutemax that is supposed to defend the eyes from blue light that comes from electronics.  Is this required?

Here is their article on blue light https://www.swansonv...to-action-image

It can screw your circadian rhythm by altering the oculo-endocrine system (melatonin and its hormonal cascade).

Use blue light filtering glasses when spending time at the computer especially at night time, Uvex are probably the best and absolutely inexpensive, check them out on Amazon.

Filtering blue light reduces light-induced oxidative stress, senescence and accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins in human retinal pigment epithelium cells.

f.lux shifts display light spectra automatically depending on your local day time. Twilight is a good android equivalent for reading at night.
