Hi guys, I ordered some supplements and I've been trying to see what works for me. So far I've found nothing that has a noticeable effect. I weigh around 65kg if that matters, get 6-8 hours of sleep a day and eat pretty healthy (and little junk food). Stopped working out last month due to an injury but going to get into running now instead.

Here's what I've tried and how I took them (separate days):
  • 10mg Noopept sublingually for 10 minutes, another dose 5 hours later. Tried a 20mg dose a different day as well. With food.
  • 100mg Phenylpiracetam with food.
  • 750mg Aniracetam with food.
  • 250mg Phenibut on an empty stomach. Ate about an hour later.
  • 250mg Pramiracetam with a second dose a few hours later. With food. Head did feel clear for a few minutes one time but maybe it was a placebo.
  • 500mg Ashwadandha with food.
  • 500mg Choline bitartrate with the noopept and racetams
  • 750mg Bacopa before bed, no acute effects. I hear the memory effects take weeks so I'll continue with this. With milk.

Any ideas? Do these just take time to "warm up" to, or should I try increasing the dosage? How should I be doing this?

I also tried many things without getting any results. Maybe you can try fasoracetam (sublingually), and definitely N-Acetyl Semax. Many people report "feeling" something from N-Acetyl Semax and Modafinil (Adrafinil if over the counter), so maybe one of those will work. Also, are you deficient in any vitamins or minerals? Is your diet good? Are you properly hydrated?
