Another apparent attempt at conning the public in the name of cryonics
has appeared on the NanoAging.com website. Despres is offering
cryonics services, despite his complete lack of skills, experience,
equipment, or good sense. I hate to be so blunt about it, but it is
distressing. A contributor to Cold Filter posted the following:

NanoAging Cryonics Service
Fees:
$5,000/day - For the Standby Team. For perfusion. If you are on the
verge of death, and you want someone to remain on standby, it will
cost $5000/day
$50,000 - NanoAging fee for long-term storage.
Funding Strategy
The easiest and most reliable funding method is to use life insurance.
A term life insurance package for a $100,000 benefit can cost less
than $200 per year for a non-smoker in their mid thirties. The amount
varies according to age and health.
