I have been taking Vitamin B supplements recently which I did well on however I would like to get my Vitamin B from my diet which would be fresher and I could increase or decrease the B vitamins as necessary. Does anyone have a list handy of Vegetables that are highest in B vitamins such as the following:

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid)

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine, Pyridoxal, Pyridoxamine)

Vitamin B7 (Biotin)

Vitamin B8 (Inositol)

Vitamin B9 (Folate, Folic acid)

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin, Methlcobalamin)

How about brewer's yeast? It would cover a good bunch of them. Not sure though if you will consider it a food or a supplement.

Well, it's all about ratios, the idea with supplementing is taking high enough doses that you have more freedom in your diet as the amount you get from dietary sources would cause less deviation from optimal balances.

I want to target B vitamins only, I would like to be able to be highly specific about each B vitamin and I would like to also avoid some of the nasty side effects of Brewers Yeast such as bloating.

If I wanted that, I would dose each B-vitamin individually in their best available pure form.

The only alternative is to search at this side: http://nutritiondata...nutrient-search

With the impossibility to be highly specific about each B vitamin and having a healthy varied diet without spending most of your day analyzing and planning your food-intakes.

My plan is to get a certain percentage each day of B Vitamins using a bowl of ingredients and then just make the rest of my food each day healthy without worrying  too much about percentages, variety is the spice of life.
