I'm looking for a GP or specialist doctor who will be happy to order blood tests (private, non-Medicare) with the understanding that the patient may be taking legal supplementation (e.g. peptides, herbal extracts) and the reason for the tests is to evaluate such supplementation.
Perhaps it would be more appropriate to ask this question on a bodybuilding forum.

@tolerant Would these kinds of tests be useful for the assessment of nootropics in any way? Or mainly just supplements that effect physiology?

@josh -- Do private labs exist in Australia?
@Adam Karlovsky -- well this seems to be one such private lab. Thanks for that.
@mcleox -- at the time of asking the question, I wanted to test how effective HGH-elevating peptides are, and also their effects on prolactin and cortisol. This wasn't related to nootropics as such, however there are studies that HGH has positive effects of neurogenesis. But that aside, I'm generally interested in private labs which will do what test you want without going through a physician.

Just so you know, I've had success using public, bulk billed physicians for a few things. I haven't had them test those things, but if you find a doc with experience working with the homeless, cocaine/heroine users or bodybuilders, you up front about things under confidentiality and they'll usually run the tests for you. They will tend to be sensible and not bulk bill the tests nor any unnecessary prescriptions (e.g. selegiline) because you don't "actually need them", and that's fair enough. I think if I went with a private lab then it would cost 4x the price.

Medicos who specialise in anti-ageing will also likely be happy to organise these tests though they also tend to cost you an arm and a leg for a consult.

yes, i have access to all the private labs
if anyone needs any test things i can email the appropriate request forms no problem.
i can also email the test directories so you can write out your own (they are stamped with my clinic details)
you pay the lab direct, once the samples arrive to their door.
keep in mind the results are emailed to me, i am happy to just forward them to your email no charge...no charges unless you need help interpreting.
i am sorry for the delay in replying, i had forgotten my password and was busy with other stuff
