I have a very simple question. Does topical vitamin C work in the same manner as topical magnesium? As an alternative route of administration for the purposes of supplementation. I know there are discussions centering around what topical vitamin C can or can't do for one's skin, but is there any reason why it would be hampered in reaching the blood and entering into circulation?

It certainly improves the skin, but I'd expect it is a poor way to get any but a minor amount into general circulation. Same thing for magnesium.

For me snorting, topical or sublingual and others do not work. Only inhale, and possibly eye droplets work. I think it has to do with my bad health condition and giving up those functions but breathing and vision are critical. As far as topical vitamin c, my friend tried it and said he felt nothing but his skin looked better.
