before breakfast
2400mg piracetam
750mg oxiracetam
5g creatine non training days
with breakfast
10g fish oil
2500IU d3
during day
20-30mg noopept
before bed
250mg magnesium
25mg zinc
2g inositol
What do you all think about it?
