How come oatmeal in water = diarrhea?

Yet when i eat oatmeal with soymilk or any other high calcium food i dont get diarrhea.

 

Cheerios dont give me diarrhea (they are fortified with calcium - and a lot of it!).

 

Is there something in oatmeal which causes diarrhea? I would like to eat oatmeal with water (because all milk substitutes are too expensive). Should i just mix in a calcium pill?

Because 90% of your body is made of Diarrhea.
