i need a stimulant all the time my depression gets lifted when i use an adrenergic like synephrine or caffeine nicotine did but i dont want to be dependant and also maintain focus, memory, lucid dreaming, not so much sedating.

i really dont have anxiety its just im so impatient but when i take synephrine my impatience decreses its not really a stimulant since im tolerant to 120mg of psuedoephedrine a day 12 hour version for congestion

huperazine a gives me clear similar to aniracetam but gives me gas to much flatulence and smells bad tmi i know but i know i heard mementine is almost the same correct me if im wrong both are nmda antagonists and hup a is mild cholinergic too but memantine will definitly be more side effects like hup a like gassy and stomach issues and dizzy.

anything in the manner weaker than wellbutrin im on 150mg of zoloft from 200mg 20 days ago my doc is concidering effexor 37.5 mg and 100mg zoloft to help wean off.

but i dont want to trade another ssri for snri which will be more withdrawls than zoloft.

im done with ssri and snri meds i need more of a stimulant for depression and adhd adderall is too much of headache with tolerance and addiction just like pseudoephedrine.

i really need some kind of straterra or wellbutrin medication ndri or nri.

will this be a better option to reduce serotonin syndrome?
i mean im not impatient when i take a stimulant i feel calmer and happier not anxious.
also to replace adderall for wellbutrin instead
