I'm looking to turn memantine powder into a liquid solution for ease of dosing.

My plan is to mix 600 mg of memantine with a 60 ML propylene glycol /water solution making 10 mg/ 1 ML doses.

Can someone help me with the ratio of glycol to water? Also, do I need to heat the solution once I add the memantine?
