Vitamin-C helps recycle NAC so you don't have to take as much as you would if you did not combine it with C.

I don't know if the 3 parts C to 1 of NAC might not be a bit over the top.  If I take more than 500mg of C at a time, I get the loose bowel syndrome.  

 

I used to take 500 of NAC & 500 of C with my first drink of the evening and got great results from this.  I've graduated up to SAM-e now, and also drop 500 of C an hour later.  Don't know if taking C and SAM-e at the same time might damage the SAM-e and this is why I separate the supps by an hour or so.

Since NAC enhances dopamine activation, most dopaminergics will combine well with it.
