Hi. I'm new here. I am bit confused at the website, it is big and I am sorry if this isn't the right place to post this. If that is the case, please let me know and I'll remove it.

I have an old person in my family with heart disease. His father and mother died of heart disease... I have no doubt that when he dies, it will be of heart disease. 
I would like to know your opinions on what are some of the best nutraceuticals I can give him in order to make him live as long as possible, so we're talking about herbs, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants that will help heal and prevent heart disease. 

What would they be, in your opinion? If you could put them in order, that would help. I know vitamin D3, magnesium and coenzyme q10 have to be in this stack, but what else?
