I hate it when I fail even at simple stuff like losing a mobile game match and in general i worry too much about everything. What should I do about this, what meds should I take? Something for acetylcholine? SSRIS? Beta blockers or what? Thanks in advance.

Medications should only be a last resort. All the ones you list have horrible side effects. Behavior modification and anger management techniques, giving yourself timeouts, avoiding triggers, channeling aggression into constructive endeavors instead, etc., should be tried first.

For example, if online games make you mad, stop participating in them and find more calming pursuits.

I have stopped participation in a number of online activities that were ruining my mental health. I deleted Facebook. I stopped participating in discussion forums with trolls or petty censorship policies that would ruin my day. My life has been so much better since.

Nah I'm more like your mental state should be suitable for everything. You can't avoid the world.

Up to a point only; it's like saying our bodies should be suitable for a sugary diet because we can't avoid the world. Our minds didn't evolve for spending a lot of time online, as you are finding out. Taking medications to deal with an unhealthy online habit would be analogous to taking diabetes pills because you have an unhealthy soda habit.

Also, spending a lot of time online is precisely a way of avoiding the world, when you think about it. It is a kind of isolation ("social" media and games are not really socialization, despite the misleading name), and isolation is something our minds deal really badly with.

Gotu Kola has interesting ability to put one in a positive mood for a whole day. It's actually difficult to lose one's temper on that stuff. It's rather cheap herb to try.
