This is a very good question due to the aging effects of AGEs and this, very interesting, study showing Citrulline supplementation causes:
- Lower mortality
- Less Susceptibility to oxidation of lipoproteins
- Lower fat mass
- Greater muscle mass
- mTOR independent mitochondrial 'repair'?

About 2 weeks ago (after reading the above) I started taking 3 g of citrulline three times per day (mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and mid-evening). In the last 2 weeks I have seen about 3 lbs of stubborn belly fat just disappear! It truly is amazing.
