It looks as tough telomere integrity is modulated by sirtuin activation. As we know, however, effective sirtuin expression requires NAD abundance.
This seems to imply that some sort of NAD intermediate supplement, such as niacin, niacinamide, or NR would help a great deal in telomere lengthening (in combination with telomere activators).
