I am trying to help my mom with memory issues, and so I have been looking into Nilotinib.
It appears that Nilotinib works on brain cells through autophagy (which helps to eliminate amyloid and tau proteins).
However, it appears that, based on the following paper, vitamin B3 (NAD precursors) also works by inducing autophagy, ust like Nilotinib.

However, I am already giving my mom some NA, NAM, and NR.
Naturally, this raises the following question for me: Since NR, NA, and NAM are probably already inducing autophagy in my mom's brain cells, would administering Nilotinib to my mom make sense?
My intuition says no. However, it is possible that Nilotinib's effect could be an order of magnitude stronger than that of the NAD precursors, in which case I should probably have her try Nilotinib.
