I've experimented with horse chestnut and had a massive increase in the quality of my erections during that time ( I have been struggling for a couple of years now). I now switched to pycnogeol and citrulline and while there still is an improvement, it's not as potent as while on horse chestnut.

For the record I'm lean , young and eat well.

There is some interesting info on horse chestnut:

https://examine.com/...-chestnut/#ref2

And this is an interesting paper on how horse chestnut works its magic :

So does anyone know about the safety of this herb? It appears that an extract free of esculin would be quite safe, and a drug which contained aescin only would be even better.

I apologize not having an answer to your question but just wonder if with pycnogeol you have a take or experience on combining it with arginine.

Thanks for the reply, yes I am aware of the positive combination of arginine and pycnogenol , this is why I take pycnogenol with citrulline.

Ok, i tried this yesterday, and had the best natural erection i've had in years.  my testicles were also noticeably bigger, and my libido shot up.  has anyone else besides the OP experienced this? is horse chestnut safe for longterm use? i've tried a million supplements, and feel like horse chestnut did more than any other.  also i need to add that i used it in combination with l citrulline.
