I've experimented with horse chestnut and had a massive increase in the quality of my erections during that time ( I have been struggling for a couple of years now). I now switched to pycnogeol and citrulline and while there still is an improvement, it's not as potent as while on horse chestnut.
For the record I'm lean , young and eat well.

So does anyone know about the safety of this herb? It appears that an extract free of esculin would be quite safe, and a drug which contained aescin only would be even better.
