You can still get this via compounding pharmacy in the US with a prescription, but is very expensive this way. Does anyone have a legit source that will ship to the US (I also may be able to get a prescription from the Vet as it is for my dog with cancer) ?

Just an update, I found a pharmacy in Holland that sells it OTC without prescription that ships to the United States. I will let you know if it is legit.
