I was looking to take the plunge with noots with the above. i heard about nootropics from the late BrooklynJuice and his wild explorations on another board [he was a member here too]. so i was thinking about starting off light and trying these 2.
i take the following daily:
fish oil: 4800mg
CLA: 4000mg
grape seed extract: 200mg
green tea extract: 600mg
magnesium: 500mg
zinc: 15mg
i drink about 15 grams of green tea a day. on top of that, i drink about 3 quarts of water.
ive done quite a bit of research, leastwise i think so. i also talk to BJ alot about it. however, before taking the dip, i wanted to pass it across the board. just any general comments, warnings or suggestions basically.
i dont have any particular goals other than 'upgrading my brain' in general.
