hey, i suffer from childhood trauma and have been on various ADs for the past 8 years. I felt good on 225 mg of venlafaxine, functioned well, but emotionally i wasnt really in touch with myself and I now feel that ADs are holding me back, I cannot cry and there's a lot of self-hatred in me.

I'm now down to 75 mg of Venlafaxine (alas doing poorly, even have a deathwish sometimes) plus some pregabalin and trazodone. I'd like to keep the trazodone for a little while but wanna try to replace the venla with SJW, can this be done safely?

thanks. i hope this makes sense, i have trouble expressing myself coherently and big problems with my short-memory, feel pretty stupid at the moment.

oh and could it be helpful to throw in a mood stabilizer (lamictal) for the weaning off period?
