Day 1: Around 13 mL (Morn/Eve)
-Increased energy (no longer do I run out of energy 75% of the way into the day)
-Clean teeth (felt a little plaque on teeth, after a while it was gone). Not a placebo effect here.
Day 2: Around 25 mL (thru-out the day)
-Big acne scar got about 3 times smaller
-Slept about 7 hrs, normally sleep 9. Physically could not go back to sleep, but mentally I wanted to. Throughout the day I had consistent energy levels - which is a surprise given they are usually low when I sleep less.
-I feel really "energized" - so full of energy. It was like when you're a kid and teeth are growing - frustrating and uncomfortable.
-Dark circles under my eyes got a bit lighter, but all the wrinkles seem to be the same.
-Increased concentration. I am a big meditator so this is really obvious.
-Increased mental wandering. Just like concentration, my mind now starts thinking about random stuff during times I'd normally be concentrated.
-Remembered a repressed memory, and random memories of my childhood.
-Had a dream in which I remembered a very troubling dream from the past.
-Harder to fall asleep if you're full of energy.
-I smell like olive oil. everywhere....
-Oily skin
