Why take extracts instead of food? e.g. OK cranberries may be a bit tart but for many other berries why take e.g. blueberry extracts why not use "just blueberries" (air dried blueberries) sold by a company which sells many kinds of air dried fruits and veggies. I've started adding them into my oatmeal. Or for that matter one can use frozen e.g. berries.

we sell those 'just' fruits & veggies at my work... most are pretty good. i often have an entire carton of blueberries for lunch lol. i dont know how much nutritional value is in them though... i dont believe they are dried at low temps, but i could be wrong.

cascadian farms makes frozen organic blueberries for around the same price(actually like 1$ cheaper) that are to die for.

i also dont understand why people take extracts instead of the whole foods... when you do the math most berry extracts only contain 1 or 2 mouthfulls worth of berry-stuffs.

ive even gotten off taking green tea extract, and have been drinking high grade japanese sencha...

Yea but don't you need like 10 cups of the tea?

An entire carton? That much carbs would leave me spacy.

Plus, sencha tastes mighty fine.

And doesn't Duke drink white tea "all day long"? That's got to be at least 10 cups a day.
