I'm looking for a (free) database with the information of nutritional value's of different foods.
Besides the protein, carbohydrate and fat contents it should also contain information regarding vitamins, minerals and (essential) amino-acid value's.

Probably a database this comprehensive is hard to find... [glasses]

Anyone any idea's?

There's always the USDA database.

NutritionData has a prettier and more user-friendly interface.

And if you want to track your food intake, you could try FitDay.

Hope this helps.
