They make, amongst other things, novel carnitine derivatives.

I have been trying to get a response from these guys for months. Have emailed (gets bounced and says "Email does not exist"), called their phone number and left messages, but they never respond. I really want to try a couple of ALCAR derivatives they have but am having constant grief doing any business with them.
Anyone else managed to get through to them? And successfully ordered anything?
I live in Australia, so it's no easy task reaching across the other side of the world...and get a response.

Any help appreciated.
