What is the Longecity people's opinion on these sounds and their impact on brain health? Positive, neutral, negative?
I'm becoming more and more addicted to this stuff, some days I would spend like 3 hours listening white noise and/or isochronic tones. I tend to do so later on the day, feels so good. Is there any downside? For an unknown reason I never want to hear white noise during the morning.
