Hey, I've been recovering from Mono since Summer.
My GGT and LDL are back to normal but my two transaminases are 1.5-2 times normal.
Anyone know of supplements that could assist me in recovering quicker?
Thanks!

I would use ascorbate form e.g. calcium and/or magnesium ascorbate or...emergency C or whatever that stuff is called.

Start increasing the dose and cut back when you start to get gas or loose stools. Could be 5-10 grams/day or more depending.

Be sure to take in divided doses throughout the day.
