I'm looking for someone with experience in composting on a small industrial scale that is willing to advise me on helping a local non-profit food bank-homeless shelter. Turn their massive amount of food spoilage into fertilizer. So much of the food donated by companies end up being close to the use by date. The cost for the charity is disposal of the unusable food, much being compostable. I'd like to volunteer my time to put together a plan to take the waste and turn it into a net gain for the charity.

I'd like to figure out, what it would cost for all the equipment and a power point model to explain the details, including space needed, expected price and when it should pay for itself and start to support the charity.

If your willing to help out, please message me for all the details.

Happy Holiday to all

This is a great idea and it is good that you are trying to help the most vulnerable. :)
