I'm on prozac for 25 days now (daily dosage 20mg) + trazadone from time to time (30mg). I;ve been experiencing insomnia for the past two week and increased depression symptoms. I've made some lab tests regarding my hormones (which were pretty much ok before using prozac).
I'm male, ~30;
Now the results are:
estradiol - 189 pmol/l [norm: 17-83]
prolactin - 549 ulU/ml [norm: 86-324]
testosterone - 37 nmol/l [norm: 8.6-29]
I am also taking green tea extract 250 mg for acne (apparently this can block DHT).
So any ideas why my hormones are now "off the chart"? Is it because of prozac or rather green tea extract? is there any reason to stop prozac now? Last thing i want is bitch tits.
