Both are mostly psychological. You'll see a lot of the ones (even for PE) are common noots. The bacopa, caffeine, magnesium and lithium are all from personal experience. Liquid magnesium is especially reliable.. has calmed me down on more than one date. Caffeine and bacopa reliably prolong latency, sometimes too much. The bacopa is probably acting thru serotonin. Haven't included ginkgo or ginseng on the anxiety list (even though they should be) because anything too dopaminergic is bad for PE. Similarly, the caffeine can be bad for situational anxiety (have a few horror stories to tell about green tea jitters haha) but I included it on the other list anyways.
The forskolin is interesting because every blog on the web reports oxytocin antagonists might be good for PE.. but forskolin does the opposite it releases more oxytocin. And I'm thinking if porn goes so much quicker, but with less touching and less natural oxytocin.. something about these blog posts doesn't add up.
