im taking the jarrow alphaGPCits listed as 300mg elemental alpha-GPC, but how much of that is actually choline?

oddly enough i am not noticing the same effects from the jarrow brand as i was from the AOR brand, even though its 50mg more and im pretty sure jarrow buys it from AOR.

*edit*

btw this is cool, it gives the choline content of food as: Betaine, Glycerophosphocholine, Phosphocholine, Phosphatidylcholine, Sphingomyelin & Total choline

Hmmmm - I use the Jarrow A-GPC as well.

Maybe I should try the AOR brand instead?

How did you know the Jarrow product was sourced from AOR?
