I am looking for a supplement that increases the available ATP levels in the brain.

I know creatine works for this, but I get side effects from it.

I am hoping ALCAR & ALA will work, but not sure.

Vasodilators like ginkgo or vinpocetine should work.

Are there other options I can look into?

Idebenone & Q10 as far as i know.

Q10:

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a compound found naturally in the energy-producing center of the cell known as the mitochondria. CoQ10 is involved in the making of an important molecule known as ATP. ATP serves as the cell's major energy source and drives a number of biological processes including muscle contraction and the production of protein.
CoQ10 also works as an antioxidant.

Idebenone ;

Have you tried increasing cardio exercise already? Because I'm pretty sure that's the best technique.
