Hey guys, after i read many posts about the Piracetam, i ordered my whole nootropic regiments from UN.
I am going to start taking those. here is my plan
Piracetam - 1000 mg
GPC - 300mg
N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine - 750 mg

what do you guys think? I am also wondering should i separtate those, take half of those morning and half of those at night, or i should just take those all in either morning or night?

thanks

I would take them in the morning for the first 1-2 weeks and consider taking a higher dose of Piracetam....perhaps between 2.4-4.8 grams.

Usually an initial attack dose can bring about a more noticeable effect.….but certainly adjust it as you feel is needed.

At least 500 mg of choline from choline citrate.
