I took only 10 max alpha gpc capsules at one per day for 10 days and then all of a sudden got hit with intense hunger. It felt like my stomach was a vacuum machine, had to keep on eating and eating until I didn't feel hungry. The stomach was contacting and twisting alot

My bowel frequency also increased dramatically

Has anyone experienced this?

Hard to say whether the ALPHA GPC caused that. You'd need to repeat the experiment (but I'm sure don't want to!)
