If I start taking the full dose of Ortho Core
do I need to supplement with any other vitamins
besides Fish Oil?

Thanks!

That is kind of up to you. I supplement additional B Vitamins and Vitamin C.

Some people feel that the Vitamin E content of Ortho-Core is too low.

Of course, there are other supplements that are effective.

I guess I just wonder if it would be better and more cost effective to switch to ortho core
since right now I am taking NOW Adam and having to add in a bunch of other stuff like
FamilE.

Have you read AOR's documentation about their Core product and why they used their levels?

Since cost is a concern of yours -- AOR Ortho Core is most inexpensively acquired ($36.77 presently) at www.agoodvitamin.com. The company seem to have a somewhat philanthropic bent, too, judging by their mission statement. My solitary experience with them was excellent and I will be a repeat customer.

I can recommend it also. *Superior* customer service and great pricing on many sought after products.

WTF, I just placed an order at agoodvitamin.com yesterday... it looks like relentless dropped the price just a few hours afterward. "a day late and a dollar short" I guess :)

Yeah, it used to be a volume discount. I don't have any problem buying from relentless as long as they can stay within a couple dollars of the competition. I'd like to see them do away with the volume discounts and just offer the lower price, that would bring them down into a fairly competitive price range on most items.

Wanna see something neat? Leave an Ortho-Core cap in a few drops of water for a few hours, then open it up , and smell that stuff :D
Now, I can't decide whether it smells like chicken shit, hamster shit, or rabbit shit? Can you?
I just hope that's not what they put in there:p
