Hi everyone,
I would like to know the differences between "Betaine/Trimethylglycine/TMG" and "Betaine Citrate".
-TMG: https://en.wikipedia...rimethylglycine
-Citrate: http://www.genome.jp..._bget?dr:D07525
I am curious because I have tried TMG, for depression/anxiety issues, with bad results (worsens depression).
But I don't feel nothing with Betaine Citrate.
Betaine Citrate is sold here in pharmacies, without prescription:
Used as an adjuvant treatment for dyspepsia (indigestion), and in particular for slow digestion and bloating.
This medicines promotes:
– gastric motor function, and
– hepatotropic (liver) metabolism, by promoting metabolism of fats.
I don't know chemistry... These substances seem related but how close are their effects?
If someone knows... Thanks.
