Hi everybody,
I have a plant enzymes supplement.
When I take a cap, by chewing it, not swallowing, it seems it improves my mood.
A light calming and/but stimulating effect. I am prone to anxiety/depression.
Is it possible or am I only dreaming?
Or maybe it is just because of Maltodextrin. Giving me a small boost?

Composition:
Protease
Acid-Stable Protease
Amylase
Cellulase
Lactase
Papain (from Papaya)
Bromelain (from Pineapple)
......Maltodextrin, cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), MCT (medium chain triglycerides) and silica.

Thanks

I'd say all things you mention are possible. Plant enzymes augmented digestion could improve nutrient absorption to your benefit. Trust in how you feel, and follow that.
