Pardon the redundancy, I posted this in the "branded product" section and can't find a way to move it...

I've noticed in the main NSI-189 thread there are occasional references to interactions with other drugs/noots, but they're scattered around and hard to find. Can people who have used it with other substances log their combos and effects here? I'm personally interested in interactions with:

Recreationals - pot, psychadelics (natural and synthetic)

Prescription ADD/ADHD drugs - Focalin XR, etc

OTC noots - *cetams, Lion's Mane, etc

Sleep aids - GABA, valerian, melatonin, 5-HTP, etc

Exercise enhancement products - stimulant and non-stimulant fat burners, creatine, pre-workout supplements, etc

Today is the 9th day into my first NSI-189 cycle. In addition to NSI-189 I'm using a multi-vitamin, CoQ10, Krill oil, nicotinamide riboside (NAD+), benaGene, glutathione, sodium butyrate, Magtein, L-theanine, a sleep aid (Sleep Now) that contains melatonin, GABA, 5-HTP, and L-tryptophan, a stimulant fat burner (caffeine) with green coffee bean extract, green tea extract and bioperine, Humano Growth, creatine, pea protein, collagen protein, MCT oil and cacao. So far the side-effects I've experienced are consistent with those reported by others in the main thread, and I've not noticed any adverse effects. It seems like I remember someone mentioning in the main thread that they had an adverse effect from combining NSI-189 and GABA, but I can't find it now. In particular, I'm wondering about the wisdom of combining it with the L-supplements and 5-HTP, and would appreciate any warnings from those here who are more versed in brain chemistry than I am. I discontinued use of Focalin XR and my OTC noots a week prior to starting NSI-189.

Thanks for your advice/thoughts.

Methylphenidate - no interaction. Tested.

I've tested this combination as well, however... I feel there WAS some interaction...! I felt quite strange, as if the NSI took away some of the dopaminergic action of MPH, and instead enhanced the anxiogenic ones...! : O Felt slightly more stimulated, in the peripheral sense, then the day before.

I tried a low dose, since I've heard some others say NSI enhances stimulant action, and yeah, it kind of does? Not necessarily in a good way though.

Interestingly enough, others have claimed that it even BLOCKS the effects of stimulants...! Well, after a few days of treatment, that is.

On another note: NSI-189 and MODAFINIL however, was very clearly synergistic! Modafinil took away anxiety and fatigue from NSI and NSI-189 took away the odd "boxy" over-focused, sort of anti-social, almost autistic state Modafinil puts you in, at certain dosages. The result was a most enticing combo which gave me the best 3 days in a long time, living with Occupational Burnout! = )

Outstanding combo, and one I'd recommend.

Of course, the small caveat is that I am NOT neurotypical, nor do I correspond to the typical form of ADHD, but I seem to be more accurately described by the diagnosis SCT. Unless you are ADHD-PI or some other such person, then your experience may NOT be the same as mine.

MAOIs - no interaction, actually theres probably synergy.

Ive combined NSI189 with alot of things. Noticed zero conflicts. It's a drug with its own mechanism of action that doesn't interact directly with monoamines. So other drugs that affect this system shouldn't conflict.
