Usually, after 5-6 intensive hours of work (1,5 or 2hours blocks), I feel very tired and stressed (especially if I work few days in the row). I have small brain fog and it's difficult for me to grasp big problems in my head. It's like building a house - to see a house you need to put many bricks together in a certain way, and in my head, this house collapses before it's fully built. I feel that my brain slows down. I feel that my brain runs out of 'fuel'.
I would be grateful for any suggestions how to combat this.
