Ive never been into supplements much. I take ZBEC and Centrum lol. I had a few questions.

1. Whats a cheap way to get started what to take for a 5'9 250 pound pretty muscle bound guy.

2 How to find a good doctor to help ya with this.

3. My best friend has a craniophrymia tumor just behind his eye they have removed alot of it but he still needs radiation. hes on a crash diet cause hes a big guy and has to loose weight in order to undergo the Gamma knife radiation therapy. He asked me to ask if any supplements would help.

Note On 2. My BMI is like 27 percent Just had a physical done at my wellness center.

Good way to get started? That depends on your goals and diet. What are they?

Basic supplement stack for anyone:

Good multi (AOR Ortho-Core is my favorite)
Quality fish oil
Green/white tea extract
Vitamin C
stabilized R-lipoic acid

Both LEF and "Ray and Terry" have lists of some doctors you might want to look into.

There is a "Cancer" thread on the board that has some good advice.

Thanks guys I experimented some with Phenibut Over the weekend just because I seen it in a thread on here really had phenomenal effects on me while my wife didnt notice any. The next morning I had a slight buzzing in my temple but felt great. The pack says 1/4 teaspoon so I took that at first then upped to 1/2 the first weekend. This weekend I tried a full teaspoon. went very well good sleep and all and thoughts seemed to be somewhat clearer. I probably wont take anymore for quite awhile gonna look up and order a few more diferent types. After reading I think I deff think one that helps prevent Ishemia would be great.
