So I've taken various whey over the years with ok results but this new whey I'm taking is having pretty profound effects on my mood I combine with cholest off plant sterols twice a day and 300 mg a day of Supra bio tocotrienols so maybe the combination but I have super clear thinking anxiety completely gone social anxiety almost completely gone sleeping better less pain etc I'm dosing 3 times per day so 60 extra grams of protein isolate but this brand is different integrated supplements whey protein isolate
