Deep cleaning is very expensive and honestly I don't feel like getting my whole face numb just to return every 6 months later for another "maintanence" cleaning...

Are there any alternatives to this?

Irrigate with therasol mouthwash sold by oratec specifically designed for gingival sulcus nasties or 2 weeks of chlorehexidine glucanste but it can cause teeth staining
