The present invention provides a composition for preventing, treating or reducing alopecia, wherein said composition containing polypeptides comprises a part of an amino acid sequence of protein CXXC4 and CXXC5 existing in the body. The polypeptides comprising an amino acid sequence may relieve hair loss and promote hair nutrition/hair growth, and therefore, can be effectively used in preventing, treating or reducing alopecia.
