Is there any evidence or research pointing in the direction that high intake of choline or that inhibition of the breakdown of choline could have proinflammatory effects?

I have some arthritis in my spine/neck, and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that an unbalance in choline causes my arthritis to flame up. I have no evidence, but I definitely cut back on the choline donors when my arthritis is acting up.

I have a similar health condition and statistically have some "correlative evidence" now that there is a relation between “uplifted choline” levels and a noticeable flare-up of otherwise very mild inflammation problems. However, not placebo controlled and not tested in a scientific environment of coarse, but enough evidence for me personally.
I was not able to find any research results yet on the subject.
