Okay, hopefully this is one of my last posts regarding this complex of problems. So I'm wondering if I should take b vitamins in addition to the multi (which is terrible but I have to use the bottle up) that I'm taking. I'm currently taking Alive! multivitamin complex.

Still, I have some tinges of anxiety and insomnia. Which I'm hoping to partially alieve and make more manageable through the vitamin/b vitamin.

If so how much inositol would be worthwhile, beneficial to take....can I get it all from a b or multivitamin?

Would a 100 b complex included in a multi be sufficient?

I think LEF B Complex is the best available, but a B100 can be quite good IMO, if there is very few in your multi (url?). The doses that you need of various B vitamins can differ.

I was going to post a similar question, because I'm thinking of replacing my basic multi* with a B100 complex or something similar (cant find LEF products in europe and importing is a pain in the ass).

[*Note that I take already optimal doses of individual vitamins to supplement the multi]

Other thing I was going to post, is about this protocol I found googling for b-complex:

http://www.drlam.com...nts/mensoda.cfm

Funnily enough, his recommended daily intake for B vitamis is much different on another page of his site:
http://www.drlam.com...osageguide.html

What do you guys think?
