conclusion: there is no single best supplement, closest to that is multivit :)

Although I reflect da_sense, as no single supp. has given me anything extra-ordinary. I do enjoy white and green tea, as they provide both health benefits and a pleasant point of focus.

:) finally an intelligent answer to my question.......i love green tea as well mitkat. I have never tried white tea though. Does white tea relax you like green tea does or does it just provide the antioxidant properties?

For me, NAC.
It has been one of the most significative heathy supplement I have ever tried and its a staple in my regimen.
