Hey guys!

As the thread title goes I have a severe lifelong premature ejaculation. Here are my blood test results (from mid December 2017):

Magnesium - 0.88 mmol/l (0.73-1.03)

Zinc - 11.30 mcmol/l (10.40-16.40) - I have been supplementing 25mg zinc since August 2017 (I had 5.80 mcmol/l then)

Iron - 18.32 mcmol/l (10.70-28.60)

Vitamin A - 0.27 mg/l (0.30-0.80) - started supplementing at 10000ui dose from early January

Vitamin E - 5.44 mg/l (5.00-18.00) - started supplementing at 200ui dose from early January

Vitamin B12 - 247.0 pmol/l (148.0-664.0)

Folic Acid - 23.3 pmol/l (6.8-45.3)

Copper - 9.8 mcmol/l (11 - 22)

Testosterone total- 4.800 mcg/l (2.500-9.500)

Prolactin - 13.55 mcg/l (2.64-13.13)

Cortisol - 168 mcg/l (67-226)

T4 total - 89.00 nmol/l (64.30-141.60)

T3 total - 1.50 nmol/l (1.20-3.00)

Homocysteine - 6.9 mmol/l (5.0 - 15.0)

Histamine - 0.01 ng/l (<1.00)

What suprises me mostly is that I have elevated prolactin which is usually associated with delayed ejaculation and low histamine/low homocysteine which is usually associated with histapenia although I have a number of histadelia symptoms (I know that histadelia/histapenia is not a widely accepted concept but still). My magnesium level seems to be ok as well. I haven't checked amino acids and neurotransmitters because I heard that those tests are not very accurate (and not very cheap lol).

I don't have any major mental disorders other than moderate anxiety and lack of motivation sometimes (both are mostly due to PE though). I don’t smoke and drink very sparingly (beer and wine). My libido is very high and I don’t have any problems with erection.

PE is a complex condition so I don’t really know with which supplements and what dose should I start. First thing I decided to try was GABA route so I started l-theanine and magnesium as it is safe and worked for some guys with PE but I haven’t noticed significant improvement (maybe because of low dose - 2x100mg of Theanine and 200mg of Magnesium Glycinate). I've been also thinking about starting methylation protocol (b-complex/mb12/mfolate/methionine/SAM-E) but confused here as both of my histamine and homocycteine levels are low.

So any other suggestions based on the tests? Thanks!

This is easy to solve: sildenafil (or tadalafil)
Works like a magic.
