I recently read that tianeptine and fish oil should be avoided... why is that? any other substances I should avoid while on tianeptine?

sesamin or fish oil can cause tianeptine to be metabolised faster resulting you to need more tianeptine.

I take one sesamin oil capsule at bedtime and my fish oil during the day after each mail, tianeptine won't stop me from ingesting a perfectly healthy supplement such as fish oil.
