Hello. I tried to combine the reception of phenylpyricetam / piracetam with antidepressants (paroxetine, clomipramine and fluoxetine) but all time I receive extreme drowsiness when i combined them

Has anyone had a similar problem and is there an idea with what it might be related to?

The three antidepressants paroxetine, clomipramine and fluoxetine are sedating in themselves...
