Add: a good massage for the lymphatic system, especially in the lower abdomen.

Walking in a varying terrain is best. Walking through the woods is what ancient humans spend a large part of their time.

You should walk fast/far enough to make you feel kind of tired at the end of the workout, but not exhausted. It really depends on how fit you are, and as you get in better shape, you'll be able to walk faster (or farther) to reach the same level of mild fatigue.

For stress relief, you don't need to fatigue yourself at all. You can take a pleasantly paced 10-20 minute walk whenever you need a break from the stressful situation. (Sometimes when I'm stressed, the last thing I want is to make myself feel more tired! But at other times, a full workout is just what I need.)
